Tarkan Erdal ’s practice encompasses litigation, dispute resolution, debt recovery, enforcement of judicial and arbitration awards, sports law, real estate law, inheritance law, commercial law, administrative law matters.
Tarkan is one of the first authorized mediators registered with the Department of Mediation of the Ministry of Justice. Moreover, Tarkan is one of the founders, board member and secretary general of Mediation Association.
Tarkan is the Chairman of the Turkish Dispute Resolution Committee of Turkish Football Federation.Tarkan is a former member of the Discipline Committee of Turkish Golf Federation.
He has also authored a number of works for various legal publications. Tarkan has worked in a reputable and top tier law firm in İstanbul before joining to Erdal Law as the managing partner of the Firm.
