Moreover, Tarkan is one of the founders, board member and secretary general of Mediation Association.<\/p>\n<p>Tarkan is the Chairman of the Turkish Dispute Resolution Committee of Turkish Football Federation.Tarkan is a former member of the Discipline Committee of Turkish Golf Federation.<\/p>\n<p>He has also authored a number of works for various legal publications.
